These terms cover your use of this website. They are not your contract for work. That is the written agreement you sign if you decide to go ahead, and it takes precedence over anything here.
Using this site
You are welcome to read it, print it and share links to it. Please do not scrape it, copy the text onto another site, or use it to send unsolicited marketing to us.
Prices on this site are estimates
Every figure quoted anywhere on this website, including on the cost page, is a researched market range for Fort Myers and Lee County. It is not an offer, not a quote, and not binding on either of us. Impact windows are manufactured to the opening, so a real price requires a real measurement. Your only binding price is the written estimate we hand you after the in-home measure.
Information, not advice
The pages about permits, design pressure, insurance credits and building code are here to help you ask better questions. They are general information about how things usually work in Lee County. They are not legal advice, not insurance advice and not a substitute for what the authority having jurisdiction or your own insurer tells you about your property. Rules change; verify anything you intend to rely on.
Insurance and energy savings
Where we mention wind mitigation credits or lower cooling costs, we mean they are possible, not promised. The discount on a windstorm policy is set by your insurer after a wind mitigation inspection, and energy savings depend on your home, your system and how you use it. We supply the product documentation; we do not control the outcome.
Licensing
Work is carried out under Florida license SCC131152013. Nothing on this site should be read as an offer to perform work that requires a license we do not hold, or work outside the jurisdictions where we are permitted to operate.
Forms and the phone number
Sending a form or calling the number on this site does not create a contract and does not reserve a date. It starts a conversation. We will confirm anything that matters in writing.
Links to other sites
Where we link out, to a building department, a manufacturer or a code resource, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content.
Availability
We try to keep this site up and accurate. We do not guarantee it will always be available or always current, and we may change or remove pages without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute about the website belongs in the state or federal courts serving Lee County, Florida.
