We do not re-roof, we do not re-pipe and we do not sell you a kitchen on the way out. Narrow is the point: a crew that fits the same products every week measures better, installs faster and knows what the inspector is going to look at.

Everything we install is impact-rated and carries a current Florida product approval for the design pressure at your address. That last part matters more than most homeowners are told. A window that is approved for a house in Gateway is not automatically approved for the same house out toward Fort Myers Beach, because the pressures are not the same. Glass and glazing is the trade, and impact openings are the work: windows and sliding glass doors, both for replacement on existing homes and for new construction. Large openings are routine, including ten-foot center-meet sliders that open a whole wall onto the lanai.

Why we are a window company and not a shutter company

Shutters work. They work if somebody is home, physically able to carry a panel, and willing to do it at the worst possible moment. Every storm season in Southwest Florida produces the same conversations: the panels are in the garage behind everything else, the tracks are seized, the wing nuts are gone, or the owner is eighty-one and is not getting on a ladder.

Impact glass takes the decision out of it. The protection is already installed. It also works the other 360 days of the year, dulling road noise, cutting the solar heat that single-pane windows let straight in, and making a ground-floor window a genuinely difficult way into a house.

How we work

We measure before we price

No phone quotes and no per-square-foot averages. Someone comes to the house, measures every opening, checks what is behind the stucco and confirms the design pressure. You get one written number for the whole job, and it does not move afterwards.

We bring the samples to you

Frame material, finish color, glass package and window style are four decisions that are much easier with the actual pieces on your kitchen table than from a brochure. We go through them room by room, because a bathroom and a great room do not want the same window.

We do the paperwork

Permit filed, inspection scheduled and attended, permit closed out. If you are in a gated community we put the architectural submittal together too. At the end you get the product documents your insurer will ask for at a wind mitigation inspection.

We put the wall back

Pulling a window out damages stucco outside and trim inside. Patching that properly is part of the price, not a change order. A tidy opening is how you can tell afterwards who did the work.
